I am an English teacher and meditate every morning. It´s not easy getting in front of a class of people and sustaining an interesting learning environment for over an hour. Meditation let´s you dictate your mind independently of challenging emotions and thoughts that pop up in your mind.
Neuroplasticity is the action that occurs. That action is the changing of your brain by the way you make it operate by habit. Meditation enforces difference activities of your brain that strengthens your ability to simply focus.
