My name is Ligia and I studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands). However, what I always wanted to do was to teach my mother tongue and my culture to students interested in Cervantes language. That was the reason that prompted me to follow forming in the study of Spanish as a foreign language. I have three years dedicated to teaching Spanish as a foreign language. The first school where I worked was accredited by the famous and prestigious Instituto Cervantes, so I’m familiar with their teaching methodology. Throughout my professional experience I have prepared students of different nationalities for A2 and B2 DELE exams in addition to other official examinations necessary for their jobs, for example, in the European Union. Moreover, given the current high demand for students who want to learn Spanish from the comfort of their home or office, I entered the exciting world of online teaching two years ago. The students who I have taught classes are mainly German, Russian, English and Polish. All of them have been adult students with different levels from A1 to C2. I have experience in both individual classes and groups of up to eight people. If you want to learn Spanish, do not hesitate to contact me ;) Thank you for getting here.
